Accommodation in Cedar Wood Lodges


The Lodge is constructed of solid Canadian red cedar wood, giving a cosy atmosphere inside. The veranda is an ideal place to unwind, and maybe see some wildlife, especially at dusk.

Walking: There is a 20 min. walk through the peaceful and beautiful Haroldston Woods to the safe, sandy beach of Broad Haven. The cliff path is just ten minutes walk from the lodge.

Fishing: There is a well stocked lake in with resident Mirror & Common Carp and Roach, Rudd and Tench in the grounds. The biggest carp caught in the lake was 17lbs.

Warm and cosy: Electricity is included in the price. The lodge has a nightstore, making it ideal for out of season breaks, plus heaters in every room.

Pets: Dogs are permitted in the Lodge. Due to our concern for other vistors and to maintain the lodge to the highest standards we have to make the following conditions: That you bring a dog basket or blanket and do not allow the dog in the bedrooms or on the chairs;

  • Bathroom. Bath (with shower over), wash hand basin, W.C., heated towel rail;

The lodge sleeps up to 6 people

  • Timber Hill has a laundry room with coin operated machines, in order to maintain the integrity of the grounds, washing lines are not permitted.
  • There is a telephone box and tourist information.
  • There is adequate parking close to the lodge.
  • The nearest shops are in Broad Haven (5 min by car) and there is a 24 hour Tesco in Haverfordwest.
  • There are some good restaurants in Broad Haven, Little Haven and Nolton Haven.
